Where We Work
We provide remote and on-site IT support in all three counties. We use remote support for troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, monitoring, patching, and backup management where practical. Equipment installation, networking, onboarding, and hands-on diagnosis are scheduled on-site.

Do you provide on-site support throughout all three counties?
Yes. We provide on-site IT support throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties, not just the cities listed here. We discuss the work you need, schedule the visit, and confirm what is included in your agreement and any applicable charges.
Can we ask about a standalone project?
Yes. We offer business IT projects as well as ongoing managed services. Tell us where the work is needed, which systems are involved, and what you want to change. We don’t offer residential support.
What if our business is outside these areas?
Contact us with your location and what you need. We’ll discuss whether remote support or a project is practical and confirm any on-site arrangements before accepting the work.
